Washington County Courthouse, also known as the McGrath Judicial Complex, is located at:
4800 Tower Hill Road
Wakefield, RI 02879
This courthouse serves all of the following Rhode Island communities:
- Charlestown
- Exeter
- Hopkinton
- Narragansett
- New Shoreham
- Richmond
- South Kingstown
- Westerly
The main floor has the clerk’s offices for District Court, Superior Court, and Family Court, as well as the District Courtroom, Superior Courtroom, Family Courtroom, and Washington County offices of the RI Attorney General and Public Defender.
